On4 Communications Colorado was set up for On4 Communication Delaware to merge into prior to merging with Hexagon Holdings. Until that happens, we are a Delaware Corporation.


Colorado SOS does not update daily, so the first merger may have occurred, or not. Won’t know until SOS updates. If as Berman said, all barriers have been removed for the move, I trust all is moving forward as quickly as possible.
