Robinsons11 - u need to clarify RMHB funding, more than a yr ago they did A stock deal with GHS Holdings where they purchase/receive from time to time RMHB Stock at a specified discount and in turn RMHB receives funding for product development and purchase orders. Then GHS can from time to time sell those shares under certain market conditions outlined in the agreement in the SEC filings. I say this for other newbies to not be mislead into thinking that RMHB is simply selling/dumping/diluting to fund the business, that is not the case.
Correct with the Farm Bill passing, there was mention in podcast they secured another separate bank. ALSO when the big revenues roll in, eventually GHS will no longer be needed and they can move forward to reducing the share count structure.
