Thanks for the perspective and will be interesting to see this unfold over the next couple of weeks. Heading into the Annual Report and having some SEC buy-in on the registration lends a fair amount of credibility to the current plan. If they have enough connections to get investors in NY to buy through a valid offering - great! It's all about execution now and delivering on getting the products to market.
