All the ngio spinoff will get holders is restricted shares in a private company
Expect stock certificates to be mailed to holders
Public holders will own very, very little of a company thats not worth much, if anything imo.
They will probably look for another otc shell to dump ngio into and continue the ponzi scheme imo
