Normally I wouldn’t be looking at SP this much, not selling anywhere remotely close to here, but every dollar we go up before offering closes is 110k less shares added to the OS, and those shares we are saving by moving up could easily be used to acquire more companies, which I believe has been the plan all along. They may even know who already but are waiting until nasdaq.
