What am I doing wrong?
OWC management is obviously putting the option of R/S on the table and leaving all options open. I think R/S is great if it get the desired up listing. I have no doubt funds will step in for long term investment. I, like all, want it done with perfdect precidion and timing and in a way that protects current shareholders.
