Gary,...it just appears that you are over-thinking it all.
it's not all that complex.
the answers are obvious and spelled out.
in my point of view you are placing way too much brain power into it.
it appears to me,...all you are doing is throwing darts in a dark room hoping you'll land somewhere in correct territory.
IF you are unsatisfied how the company is conducting itself and think how you think is better,..then sell your position and move on.
