That is a good question. I looked up some companies and they announced the day of, the day before, maybe a few days before. Haven't found one that announced it a week in advance. Maybe there are some, that I didn't see.

Companies also generally don't announce when they've been approved either. Keep in mind the companies I looked at do a faction of the shareholder communication that VERB does.

It could be that there are a lot of moving parts to get in order the week before and to pin down an exact date won't be known until a few days out. That is just my guess. I'll look at a dozen more today.
