Since Berman tweeted that all barriers have been removed to proceed with Colorado domicile and name change, I’ll be keeping a watch on the On4 Communications Colorado filing. The first step in the redomicile process will be for On4 Delaware to merge with On4 Colorado. Or at least stated as so in the On4 Colorado filing Article III Purposes and Powers.


We are very close to becoming Hexagon Holdings, along with the 1 billion reduction in authorized shares.
