Today EDIG filed a Notice for Voluntary Dismissal for Yamaha and all defendants in that case. No mention of a settlement, but I'll bet there was one.

The question is, has there been a settlement of some sort or has the case against Yamaha been dropped for one reason or another? Hopefully the former!
