Important Update - February 23, 2019.
Agreement reached with the SEC to reinstate as REDG.
The SEC has confirmed that all previously owned public shares in the current private company will be valid once reinstated as a public company.
Delisting was voluntary and temporary as part of the agreed plan with the SEC to avoid the expense of doing all the previously overdue filings.
I'm currently working my way through a 56 minute video from the CEO.
I will be preparing a brief to post here later today of all the important points and plans for the future.
