Joe said that existing shareholders were getting 10%. However that doesn’t mean they will not be selling equity in NGIO to other parties. Also a rights offering possibly. So ultimately GNBT wontnown 90%. However whatever they own we will still own part of.
As far as Thimas’ estimate, GNBT is only giving shares of NGIO to the existing 26M shares and Veneto. So his estimate of 150M shares is way too high. rjs how many shares does Veneto have of GNBT? 26M/4 is 6.5M plus Veneto/4. That will be 10% so times 10 gives the total number of NGIO shares. However when Joe said existing 26M shares will own 10%, I’m not sure if that included Veneto. If not, then it’s our 10% + Veneto NGIO shares times whatever to get to 100%.
