Thanks for posting this SEC update regarding “social media” and it’s acceptance as a form of company disclosure. Steve is going to have to be exceptionally careful moving forward with the nature of his tweets and choice of addressing specific individuals or groups of individuals within the tweets (morons). A whole new set of guidelines in regard to utilizing twitter for company disclosure, and hopefully prior statements don’t bite him in the A$$.
