If successful the grant process can take up to 7 to 10months. That takes us up to the July thru October time frame before a decision is announced. Assuming we make it that far. Nothing easy. Better chance of success now working with the Calif co. Still looks like the company is hanging their hat on only two things; grant approval or patent sale. The company could possibly do a fund raising round but would have to give up a portion of the company, (dilution). I don't believe the ceo is giving up anything yet.
