Phones should turned off when in a car, driving a car. If one is driving with the phone, one is endangering others driving their cars. I can understand when the passenger has the directional app going, never a driver unless they put on the seat next to them but don't look at it. The new phone cup holder is absurd, invites more people, driving by themselves to spend more time on the phone while driving. If one has to interact, take a cab or have a driver. Wake up millennials...…….
