Tbere are "some" that are waiting for the uplist to really buy in.
Playing it safe, I guess. They think that will be "the proof the need".
Some will be selling on that day because that was their goal and they reached it.
The proof I love is the Road Show is just to raise the SP and pour octane on the FOMO.

Why would AGP
A) risk any money, yet alone TWENTY MILLION DOLLARS
already ask for a guarantee share allotment for overage
