sure looks like it's being washed to create volume
just an fyi .. been watching *imo* decoy MM PAUL blocking via an elastic 5000 sized ask .. @ 13c
so far rough calcs .. 42000~ done since their UC (under cut on the ask) a couple of hours ago
i actually hit them to see how handled (my size was 5005 @ 13c ask) .. split into 2 *trades* (imo accountability for reporting for 2 entities this month) .. 5000 and 5
beyond curious to see the % PAUL reports re: FEB 2019's *volume*
imo working in alignment with CDEL most of this week

This is a lot of back-and-forth "trading" (which they refer to as "wash trading" ) to generate volume, to make up for the shockingly low volume we've seen for a couple of days. This will bring the average volume back up.
