Yes, I read the related posts from RDY2ROK and Gold49er, but didn't know there was a signed contract between SFOR and McAfee. After they posted this issue last year (or the year before last?), McAfee already got paid, and SFOR has not for that DOD deal. So I thought there might not be a signed contract for SFOR.
Before the court decision about the lawsuit between SA and SFOR is reversed, SFOR is not the only provide of key logger defense, SA is also a legal one. No matter how great reputation R&G has as a patent law firm, SA is legal in key logger defense until we win the appeal. What McAfee thinks SA is, it is not critical. We need the judges to say SA is an infringer to remove this strong competitor from market. Wish R&G win this appeal this time.
