I also believe that the announcement forthcoming on Tuesday will have implications that are far beyond our understanding, one of which, the reason for the spin-off of AE, is to foster its true value for a subsequent buy by a Merck or other. What I mean, if you were to put a value on generex today, it will be its market capitalization of 100 to 200 million. Any pharma would love to take this as an back stove interest. Spinoff (v) AE and get its true value taken and us (and corporate) getting the benefits would be more conducive to better fiduciary duties undertaking. So the only reason for the spinoff of AE is for big pharma to lick it out (no pun), and that will be exactly what will happen (i believe).
