On the 19th an amended S1A was filed that said haven’t heard from nasdaq yet, and the prospectus was made but not released...until today, imo roadshow started yesterday or today, probably today.

I don’t believe Rory will release news about nasdaq approval until it says nasdaq approval offering closed acquisition finalized, we uplist next trading day.

I would love for it to be after hours tomorrow. Many of us would have great weekends, and several will have bad weekends
