The CA licensing delay is THE reason why SIGO is not in any hot water with the SEC, IMO.
This delay was unforeseen; yet, typical of the always uncertain business landscape.
How many companies make plans, hoping for the best, making the best assumptions they can about the uncertain future, and then to have it not work out the way they envisioned?
THAT'S NORMAL, FOLKS!! Happens all the time; doesn't make it a scam, though.
