RE:"A done deal is a fact." Ever hear of the Federal Confidentiality Statement? If a supplier i.e. SFOR to a primary vendor like McAfee mentions the "done deal" without clearance from the DOD Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR) : the contract can be cancelled, the company heavily fined and the non-authorized disclosure sent to jail! Do you think Mark woukd risk all that if he had any U.S. Government contracts as a supplier? How do I know this? I was a USAF contracting officer that had contractors sign those statements.
