IPIX defended the frivolous suit brought against them by Rosen on the basis of the clearly libellous SA article by Mako. Thats not a pursuit, it was a defense.

Mako was never pursued despite clear libel which had caused a demonstrable intra-day drop in the stock price.

And if the shareholders are going to do it, what are you waiting for? It's been 3.5 years and the company has been brought to its knees.

I look forward to the day we read about an IPIX shareholder as a lead plaintiff with Mako and Investorshub as the defendant. I wont hold my breath.
