IMO SFOR (including Ram), and our legal teams are very confident that SA has crossed the line and is definitely infringing, but what remains is to educate the judges as to the "technology", and also to "current patent law", including SCOTUS rulings, and USPTO findings! The judges need to understand both in order to comprehend that SA is indeed infringing on our patented technology! I trust R&G will "educate" the judges in our appeal!
