That's why our lawyer brought up the PTAB deciding in our favor (twice) in the oral argument as being true and the judges didn't contest it. Our patent validity wasn't in question. The abstract idea (and whether SA infringed by applying that abstract idea) was in question. They decided that SA didn't infringe on our patent.
