THIS IS what the 3 judges came up with (nothing more and nothing less).
dismissing StrikeForce's lawsuit on the grounds of 35 U.S.C. § 101, a statute that concerns what types of inventions are patentable.
SO, it is clear above...they have a concern that SFOR's inventions are patentable.

The female judge has a patent background back in the 80's and the others don't get technology very much.
