SFOR has spent almost 20 years and millions of dollars in designing and defending their invented OOB/MFA patent with impeccable wins from IPR/PTAB/USPTO and those wins were awarded by expert judges and supported by expert witnesses.

Now with only 4 non-expert judges who gave no details on the affirmance and ignored all the technical improvements over the previous inventions backed by experts, the whole judicial system looks like a joke to me.

The supreme court should really wake up.
