When you are finished drafting the letter, IMO I think it would be of great benefit to forward a copy to Sen. Chris Coons first and foremost. Someone correct me if I am wrong but I believe Sen. Coons was recently appointed Raking Member to a position that could greatly aid our cause. Read below.
Senators Thom Tillis (R-NC) and Chris Coons (D-DE) were announced as Chairman and Ranking Member of the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Intellectual Property. Jurisdiction of the Subcommittee on Intellectual Property includes the United State Patent and Trademark Office, the United States Copyright Office, oversight of the functions of the federal government as they relate to intellectual property, patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets.
Give me a copy of the letter and I will make sure Sen. Coons gets a copy. I use to work for him.
