Yes, I can tell when some people buy and sell. Because when you buy, at that point you feel the share price will increase. So the excitement comes over in the posts. The same thing when people sell, they have a bearish outlook on the share price.

The person may not noticed it, many usually don't because it more psychological, but it is obvious to an outside observer.

Fine posted here last week, she is still holding a 60% core, but here friends in the group sold out I believe. I believe she misread the Feb 1 PR, and her view changed some after she realized it also.
