Is it so hard for TECO management to present a schedule with some disclaimer that XY or Z might cause delays? I would also except an estimated BPD with a similar disclaimer.  But this "soon" or "possibly next week" bullchit is unprofessional in my opinion.  It demonstrates that they aren't in as much control over their business as one would hope.  Just based on 2012's delays or total misses versus their PR's makes my point. It's so frustrating!
