I actually have Ally and had the same problem purchasing anything below .01 so i opened an account with etrade as well and that seems to work for me. The price is a bit more but worth getting RMHB. They also have a special for nee accounts where you dont pay comissions for a month or two. So i havent paid any commision fees yet. I also hear TDameritrade also aliws OTC but i never verified it. But etade for sure allows OTC.
