Just to add my two bits..
Having worked for major law firms for most of my life, some firms with over 200 attorneys, the fact that Benjamin Bunker is prohibited from handling publicly traded companies does not mean the Bunker Law Group cannot handle publicly traded companies. Benjamin Bunker is only one of the attorneys at Bunker Law. There will be no law broken if ONCI still retains Bunker Law Group in the future, as long as Benjamin Bunker is not the attorney assigned. Not a big deal.
