Nobody who is a real trader is actually bothered about a stock being delinquent - it merely means filings are overdue.
Anyone who hasn't been able to make $4-figures on $OTTV already in 2019 shouldn't be trading in the OTC - there are opportunities every day for those who are observant, decisive and ignore irrelevant nonsense on amateur forums
