I read before that Supreme Court is giving PTBA constituonal powers to rule on patents... of course they should! THEY ARE THE ONES WHO MAKE THEM! NOT JUDGES WHO HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TECHNOLOGY IS AND HAVE +80 YEARS! (With respect) So, yes, we have a black hole in the judicial system especially related to patents! WTH DO I NEED A PATENT IF SOME JUDGE CAN INVALIDATE IT? No way... the system is broken or maybe a rotten apple around
