Question for the board
Has anyone spoke to there local Congress Rep in this regards to taken up this fight.
Winning two PTAB then loosing in the court does not sit well. Let the experienced bodies at the PTAB make the decisions let the courts enforce those decision period and we can partition Congress for better legislation to address this matter.
(Long shot) But may however bring much needed attention to the problems small companies face when larger firms iinfrige so easly.
I am drafting something to pass to my congress person as we speak
Please let me know if you wonderfuk board members think it is a good idea.
The idea came from helping my mom and Neighbor fight to get thing done in her Neighborhood. long story short after many calls the boro President office the park commission office "ex" contacted me and came by the area and the problem was fixed after many years of neglect.
Again just and idea and forgive any typoooos in a fighting type mood lol
