UPDATE! Ok guys, here’s the scoop. Just got off the phone with Corporate Services. Mhill, I was given a totally different number than what you have. According to them, Everything MUST ABSOLUTELY go through the transfer agent. They (OTC) would have no record of filings until transfer agent is done. This is the latest. Could be anytime.....
