*Update* Just got off the phone with OTC Markets Corp department. The rep was hesitant to release any info, I let him know this wasn’t privileged information as there was already a PR about it. He stated that there has been no S/R form submitted as of yet and the last update they have on file is from Oct.

Somebody please tell me WTF is going on here?? Mary? Anyone?
