Generex had lost the Three Brothers arbitration in December, but the new hearing to confirm the arbitration award in nyc appears quite progressed. Generex appears to be arguing that Three Brothers being awarded warrants, bringing the award to over $3 mil, is unwarranted (pun intended). I looked up some pacer filings.
