Having slept on our losses and going through a similar family situation with a Living Trust and enforcing it I find it hard to come to terms with our outcome. A utility patent, with a precedent set prior to trial, not one but two PTAB wins, etc.etc.what does it take to enforce years of hard work if people can invoke their will on you randomly without justification. The judges IMO didn't understand the concept of our technology and automated authentication. How do you do that without a computer. Selling the Keyboard Encryption patent was a necessary evil and relying on MFA\OOBA patent seemed a no brainer, but when you rely on our legal system to vindicate you from injustice you are taking a big gamble and fair is not usually a winner.
