I got in when MSFT settled & I read Ram's patent award date at the USPTO site. The PTAB decisions reinforced my conviction. This Rule 36 ruling blind sided those of who don't have a legal bsckground. I trust the country's best IP defense firm, Ropes and Gray, to overcome this in time. In the meantime, BSAFE & the deals Mark mentioned will keep us in business. This is NOT the end of SFOR by any means IMHO!
