I'm uncertain as to our legal options on this case. ZPaul expressed his belief that an appeal option is still available to us! Others did not share that opinion. Mark responded in Twitter that this is "far from being over". It was also indicated that SFOR would have further comment tomorrow, after discussing matters with their lawyers.
