And as to Lemoncat's assertion that any company interested in IPIX would simply buy IPIX stock instead of paying any premium over market cap, that would probably have two related issues-
1)such open buying pushing the share price much higher very fast.
2)probably accomplishing nothing else since control of the company is probably well covered by strong positions.
