If I were to hazard a guess, I would say that maybe .005 is the new bottom.
As for a quick upward bounce, I doubt it. I think we may remain near .005 for the foreseeable future (until other catalysts like revenues kick in).
That said, I hope I'm totally wrong and the PPS climbs rapidly.
