Is this typical for a startup, that being getting a basic patent at the start of trials and then more detailed ones much later in the trials life cycle so that their patent-protected time effectively reboots?
Daubers made a post on other board this AM that sources are saying P3 beginning in May/June. Usually a very well informed poster. Hope he is spot on as that would coincide with timelines I think others have been touting as well.
