Moving forward with relisting takes cash; a lot of it. They’ve got KBM followed by other toxic debtors waiting in the wings. They’d have to get through all of the debt, then take on the task of obtaining a shell, filing, hoping an MM sponsors them and finally come back to market. A highly speculative and perhaps unlikely feat.

The only thing that keeps any hope alive is that Adamson is flush with shares as well as Gilstrap, if he even exists. If they want to bank multi-millions, they’ll bring this back at some point.
