Maybe you should study the company and the lawsuit before you post, it's obvious you haven't done that. If you looking for a safe entry point go invest in Amazon or some blue chip stock. Penny Stocks are never SAFE you either believe in the products and the management team or you don't and do your homework like any smart investor would.
If you want a opinion I believe this company will succeed in a big way and we are about to see that in the next couple of weeks and THROUGHOUT 2019!!!.
