I think it is gonna take more than 30-45 days.....that was the best case scenario that I laid out.
An investment fund's due diligence alone will take that long but it can takes months to even get tot hat point as you search for the right investment fund and negotiate a suitable deal.
By continuing to quote 30-45 days as far as financing for SWS I believe we are setting ourselves up for major disappointment.
We are more than likely looking at 3-6 months or more.
