After much research, the link between Max Garza (a seeming founder Father of Crypto & a Principal at Blochchain Developers) and Blocksafe Technologies is a Golden match. His company is listed as a partner of B-safe's on their website (I have posted a link to their website in the past).
Why are Max and B-Safe holding weekend webinars every weekend? Because Max is Cypto-connected the world over it appears and I'm imagining that folks the world over are tuning in. This is so far beyond an OTC thing it's ridiculous.
I don't know when revenues will finally be reported by SFOR on the signed contracted deals that they have had done for well over a year or more. I don't know when revenues will be reported by B-Safe because they're not public yet. We don't know for sure (we all have very educated ideas though) how much settlements will be...but in my mind they are coming quickly...
I still love Mark Kay's words from last June at the LA Blockchain City Summit "we're close to WINNING all of our lawsuits". He said...not winning A lawsuit but winning ALL lawsuits. Speaking of lawsuits, if you have not reviewed the January 2019 revised guidance on Alice 35/101 as to what can be considered abstract that was published by the US Patent office it will instill massive confidence in you...
Jeremy Anapol from Knobbe Martens/SA should've spent more time reviewing it before trying to dupe the court into "based on precedence from THIS COURT, (SFOR's patent) must be a computer specific problem for a computer specific solution". Hmmm...My take on where we're at with the lawsuits. We will not hear anything for 2 to 4 more weeks becasue Judge Newman is currently writing an opinion regarding overturning the lower court's decision.
When all is revealed...there will no doubt be SHOCK & AWE regrets for some...
But only AWE for our pocket books...
