Initially, when the Company announced the conversion price as .20 they were not giving us the complete story. If my memory serves me correctly some journalist connected to Forbes said the .20 was the max price and if the pps dropped below .20 and Discover converted they would receive a lot more shares than originally implied by OWCP.

In hindsight the deal stinks and we are paying dearly for it. I am surprised Discover waited as long as they did.
