Was that literally copy and paste, or did you transcribe it? Only reason I ask, is I can't imagine any real lawyer saying something like " a defamation charges". Definitely need to prepare for the possibility that this is in fact, a not too elaborate hoax. If so, I would have to believe it's someone on the other side of the fence, as no rational mind would think things like this help our cause.
